You can reschedule or cancel the session with a maximum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If you cancel the session within this period, the money paid for the session will be returned to you.
The time you reserve when scheduling a session is very valuable. There will be no refund if:
You cancel or request to reschedule the session less than 24 hours in advance.
You do not show up on the scheduled day and time.
